Peer Mentorship

Outside of the happy hour events, you can learn from other worker owners in three ways:

  1. Join a mastermind group. These 4–6 week sessions focus on specific functions within business (marketing, HR, capital raising, etc), allowing worker owners to test ideas and share questions with each other in a confidential space.
  2. Give or request an hour in our peer consulting exchange. This hour-for-hour time bank allows peer network members to offer their time to other members and to request meetings with other members.
  3. Participate in a co-op shadowing session. See how other co-ops run their board meetings, committee meetings and annual meetings by attending as an observer.
